This policy covers this website and the automated tool behind the YouTube channel MONOVION (internal name "Benchcast"), which uses YouTube API Services.
1. This website
This website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and has no forms. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP address and request time) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
2. Use of YouTube API Services
Our tool uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own YouTube channel and to read statistics of our own videos. By using YouTube features through our tool, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Which data is accessed: upload and processing status, privacy status and statistics (views, likes, comment counts, average view percentage) of videos on our own channel, and the status of our own channel.
- How it is used: to confirm that uploads succeeded, to check that our channel is in good standing, and to compare our own video formats (e.g. how often to publish).
- Storage: in a database on our own server for up to 90 days. We do not collect or store personal data of viewers or of any other YouTube users.
- Sharing: YouTube data is never sold or shared with third parties.
- Revoking access: the channel owner can revoke the tool's access at any time via the Google security settings.
3. Other services the tool uses
To produce videos, the tool sends non-personal text (scripts about AI models) to AI service providers (e.g. for text generation and text-to-speech) and requests public data (price lists, leaderboards, stock footage). No personal data is sent to these services.
